Your Responsibilities：
1) Ensure the process running smoothly, equipment OEE/run rate/MOR and capacity meet requirement;
2) Ensure the product specification and recipe setting correctly without any mistake;
3) Ensure the process stability and lead the continues improvement for the processes to meet higher target;
4) Optimize the related documentation upon internal/external requirement;
5) Lead the process related material qualification with enough inventory to meet the normal production and safety stock;
6) Lead the excursion investigation with report preparation and presentation and open items follow up;
7) Authority to give instructions and guidance to technical subordinates
8) Plan out process improvement project and provide support to the other departments involved.
9) Tool Installation and Qualification of Tools and ancillary equipment
10) Communicate directly to Customer
Your Profile：
1. Process engineering experience in IC-Substrate, HDI-PCB, Assembly, IC-Packaging or related industry
2. Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc
3. Good analytical skills with attention to details.
4. Good stress management skills
5. Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and design of experiments
6. Fluent written and oral English
7. Good team working spirit and leadership skills
8. Good communication and negotiation skills
9. Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
10. Experience in working with intercultural teams preferred
11. Open minded approach
