職責(zé)描述： 1、Define process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources perfectly and to minimize quantity of raw and auxiliary materials. 2、Provide written documentation of procedures in form of process documentation. 3、Coordinate the consumption of chemicals, raw and auxiliary materials. 4、Check and optimize parameters of environmental impact regularly. 5、Purchase new equipment (to draw up specifications, make evaluations and technical analysis, install and implement in production). 6、Implementation of TS16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001. 7、Follow the 5s standard to keep the environment of the working area cleaning. 8、Process continuous improvement and cost saving. 9、Operator training and technician training. 10、Document related work. 11、Process related arrangement on material, tool. 12、Other Job assignment from superior. 任職要求： 1、Type of required functional knowledge (depth, breadth): Completion of a technical education. 2、Type and length of experience required for the position: Experience in related industry advantageous. 3、Good Written and oral English. 4、Team spirit (able to be part of a team and team leader as well). 5、Computer skills. 6、Basic knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 Good at manufacturing FMEA ,CP, Root cause analysing . 7、Good stress management skills . 8、Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
