Your Responsibilities:
1) Contract Review and contract negotiation
2) Provide local legal consulting and legal training service in Chongqing
3) Handle corporate legal affairs with support of line manager
4) Other work (international and local projects) as assigned by Line Manager
Your Profile：
1) At least 3-5 years of experience in law firm or multinational company
2) Candidate shall be willing to locate in Chongqing. (half month training in Shanghai for the first year)
3) Top law School for Bachelor Degree (Master preferred; JD or LLM is a plus)
4) Excellent oral and writing English Skill
5) Pass National Judicial Examination preferred
6) Quick leaner and good communication skill
7) Be patient to dealing with routine task and can take care all details;
8) Ability to perform efficiently under pressure and to accomplish multitude of tasks
9) Strong sense of responsibility
