What are my responsibilities?1. Lead or coordinate other departments and
workshops to improve the production problems, including collecting defect
issue, analysis and tracking; 主導(dǎo)或協(xié)助其他部門和車間對生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的不良問題進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計、分析、改進(jìn)和追蹤2. Lead or
coordinate other department’s project, and tracking the quality improvement
project.主導(dǎo)或協(xié)助其他部門的項目工作有序的開展，并對質(zhì)量改進(jìn)項目進(jìn)行跟蹤確認(rèn)3. Assist Quality Supervisor work out
test standard and controlling process. 協(xié)助質(zhì)量主管編制測試規(guī)范和控制流程4. Sense of continually
improvement持續(xù)改進(jìn)理念
What do I need to qualify for this job?1. Be familiar with the quality related
tools ( e.g. 8D, 4D, QC method, FEMA, 6sigma
etc.)熟練使用質(zhì)量相關(guān)工具（例如8D/4D/QC手法/魚骨圖/FEMA/6sigma等）2. Know quality related
management system了解相關(guān)的質(zhì)量管理體系(ISO)，TS，3. Can use basic quality inspection tools
and have motor quality management working experience will be
preferred能夠使用基本檢驗工具和有電機(jī)生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量管理的經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先4. Have quality management working
experience有一定的質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗5. Be proficient in using office software (e.g. Word,
Excel,PowerPoint etc.)能熟練使用word、excel、PPT等辦公軟件
What else do I need to know?1. Major in Mechanical or related, bachelor or
above degree機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷2. Basic English in writing and speaking英語讀寫能力
