CSS Team Leader
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the IT service support team at the customer site.
2. Lead the team to complete the installation, management, and maintenance of operating systems, application software, email clients, printing systems, networks, office equipment, etc. within the enterprise according to service requests.
3. Lead the team to install, debug, configure and maintain desktop equipment (desktops, laptops, printers).
4. Lead the team to install, debug and maintain office peripheral equipment (such as mobile phones, tablets, phones, printers, video conferencing support, etc.).
5. Follow-up and processing of various IT projects.
6. Coordinate team resources to complete team-related Key Performance Indicators.
7. After completing the above work, provide corresponding summary reports.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned according to business needs.
9. Exercise independent judgment, organize and prioritize work processes according to department guidelines and standards and meet established time frames.
Requirements:
1. Computer related major, more than 3 years of IT support related work experience and team management experience.
2. Familiar with ITIL processes.
3. Familiar with Windows operating system and Office, and proficient in various operations.
4. Detection, debugging and problem solving of Windows platform, application, and basic network service errors.
5. Master the use and troubleshooting of enterprise anti-virus, iPhone, iPad operation and use, printing, OA and other software.
6. Understand various mainstream computers, servers, workstations, and other equipment.
7. Strong communication skills, able to communicate with foreigners in English.
8. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing and establish and maintain collaborative relationships with those contacted in the performance of assigned responsibilities, including company management and external business partners.
9. Good logical analysis ability and learning ability, good at analysing and summarizing problems.

崗位職責(zé):
1. 駐客戶現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行IT服務(wù)支持團(tuán)隊(duì)管理;
2. 帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)根據(jù)服務(wù)請求完成企業(yè)內(nèi)部關(guān)于操作系統(tǒng)、應(yīng)用軟件、郵件客戶端、打印系統(tǒng)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、辦公設(shè)備等方面的安裝、管理、維護(hù);
3. 帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行桌面設(shè)備(臺(tái)式機(jī)、筆記本、打印機(jī))的安裝、調(diào)試、配置及維護(hù);
4. 帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行辦公周邊設(shè)備(如手機(jī),平板,電話,打印機(jī),視頻會(huì)議支持等)的安裝、調(diào)試及維護(hù);
5. 各個(gè)IT項(xiàng)目的跟進(jìn)和處理;
6. 協(xié)調(diào)團(tuán)隊(duì)資源完成團(tuán)隊(duì)相關(guān)績效指標(biāo);
7. 在完成上述個(gè)作之后給出相應(yīng)的總結(jié)報(bào)告;
8. 根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需要履行分配的其他相關(guān)職責(zé);
9. 根據(jù)部門準(zhǔn)則和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行獨(dú)立判斷、組織和確定工作流程的優(yōu)先順序,并滿足既定的時(shí)間框架。
任職要求:
1. 計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè),3年以上IT支持相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)及團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2. 熟悉ITIL流程;
3. 熟悉Windows操作系統(tǒng)和Office,并且熟練掌握各種操作;
4. Windows平臺(tái)、應(yīng)用程序和基本網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)錯(cuò)誤的偵查、除錯(cuò)和問題解決;
5. 掌握企業(yè)防病毒、iPhone 手機(jī)、iPad操作和使用、打印、OA等軟件的使用和故障排除;
6. 了解各種主流計(jì)算機(jī)、服務(wù)器、工作站等設(shè)備;
7. 溝通能力強(qiáng),英文可以和外國人溝通;
8. 能夠有效地口頭和書面溝通,并與在履行指定職責(zé)(包括公司管理層和外部業(yè)務(wù)伙伴)過程中聯(lián)系的人員建立和保持合作關(guān)系;
9. 良好的邏輯分析能力和學(xué)習(xí)能力,善于分析和總結(jié)問題。
