Responsibilities:
● Write content on Weibo and WeChat based on research and insights drawn from competitor’s, trending topic and client’s brand guidelines
● Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
● Plan content calendar content
● Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner using brands’ tone and manner.
● Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
● Assist with interpreting creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
● Conduct competitive, industry, or client research for presentations, pitches, or industry analysis.
● Utilize your computer and presentation skills to convey research and ideas through deck creation.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program or have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications.
● Fluency and mastery in English speaking and writing.
● Demonstrated success in managing a business social media presence
● This position has an emphasis on creating written content.
● Strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent PowerPoint and Google Slides skills to create eye-catching decks.
● Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a sharp focus.
● Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues/topics and develop recommendations and action plans.
● An ambitious learner with a clear desire to communicate with team members.
