Major tasks
Manage the technology transfer team for the assigned areas/processes
Partners with existing process owners to incorporate lessons learned/BKM from the mother plant sites for an optimized manufacturing process.
Partners with the other teams in the identification of best practices in industry related to technology transfers, to create a competitive advantage in meeting the desired timeline.
Act as the interface for the next distruptive technologies in close collaboration with internal R
