Job Description: ? Lead Asia Analytical Center and support regional business growth across AM and UOP ? Strengthen and build start-of-the-art analytical expertise and tools to support current business and new growth objectives ? Lead team close work with technical project teams to provide on-time testing support, site training and trouble shooting ? Master or above degree (5 years related work experience) in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering ? Analytical lab management experience Other Qualifications: ? Excellent presentation skills and ability to listen, analyze and communicate effectively regarding technically oriented solutions for internal and external stakeholders ? Experienced in managing analytical chemists with diverse domain knowledge ? Strong project management skills, capable of balance peak job demand with lean team structure ? Solid track record of build and maintain start-of-art analytical facility ? Good problem solving skills and proven ability to lead and influence in a matrix/cross functional and regional oriented organization and drive for key deliverables ?
