You will structure and support the Material Cost Impact Program (MCIP) with 5 Modules. Two of those modules you will manage directly with their cross-functional teams? As a trusted sparring partner for module leads, you define content, support the implementation and coach module leads.? You will work in an international network and report to the LVM Head of Procurement. In doing so, you will also manage two modules directly with their cross-functional teams.? You will actively contribute to raising awareness of further material cost optimization and to achieve the next level of performance through a cultural change.? In addition, you will be responsible for effective and efficient meetings of the Steering committees.? You act as a driver for a smooth and constructive progress of the entire program including development of templates and presentation slides.Your profile for "Making the Future Possible".? Your success is based on a completed, technical or economic Study.? You have many years of experience in the management of international and complex programs and are used to working in large networks.? You have know-how to optimize material costs (technical and commercial).? International experience in management consulting is an advantage.? Understanding of Innomotics’ markets, competitors and products is an advantage -but not a must.? In order to be able to work in a complex organization, you have strong communication and networking skills as well as intercultural awareness.?
