Coordinate repairs in permanent consideration of quality requirements. Decrease the equipment downtime and keep it running smoothly.Cooperate with production department, work together for the through put and quality.Cooperate with purchase department for the spare parts, service and working material. Cooperate in providing detailed design for various modifications in machinery.Cooperate with suppliers (KUTTLER, ATOTECH, HMS, SCHMID, Teknek, PAL, etc.); keep in touch with them for daily business and tracking the spare parts.Coordinate and control the preventive maintenance of machinery.Prepare and follow process documentationLead an effective team, responsible for the education and continuous training of employees within the department.Provide work documentation and resources in time and in sufficient quantity.Observe various regulations (environment, safety at work).Check and maintain discipline within department (breaks, work attire, obligation to carry ID etc.)Other Job assignment from superior.Good team player and team leaderTechnical Background in electrical and / or mechanical engineering required.Long term experience in related industry.Fluent written and oral EnglishComputer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, SAP) Good stress management skillsExperience in project ManagementVery good communication and negotiation skills
