工作職責(zé) job responsibilities：
1.負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)加車間日常生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營管理，負(fù)責(zé)車間生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量、安全及設(shè)備的管理，確保各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的完成；
responsible for the machining workshop daily production and operation management, such as production、quality、safety and equipment management, ensure the completion of various indicators.
2.負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)加車間安全環(huán)保管理，負(fù)責(zé)車間的人身、設(shè)備安全，確保安全文明生產(chǎn);
responsible for the machining workshop safety and environment management, such as the safety of employees and equipment, ensure the safety and civilized production.
3.負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)加車間人員管理，擬定機(jī)加車間人員預(yù)算表，如員工績效考評(píng)，員工技能提升、部門級(jí)及崗位級(jí)培訓(xùn)等；
responsible for the machining workshop employees management, formulate the workshop human resource budget form, such as employee performance appraisal、employee skills improvement、the department and position training,etc.
4.加強(qiáng)對(duì)機(jī)加車間各班組的生產(chǎn)管理、監(jiān)督與檢查，落實(shí)工序的生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度和計(jì)劃完成情況；
strengthen for the production management and inspection of each machining workshop team, ensure the production schedule and plan completion status of process.
5.改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)作業(yè)的方法，制定提高生產(chǎn)效率的對(duì)策并實(shí)施；
improve the production methods and study the measures for improving production efficiency.
6.負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量管理及異常的預(yù)防、糾正、改進(jìn)；
responsible for the production quality management and abnormal prevention、correction and improvement.
7.負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)加車間生產(chǎn)成本管控，做好成本核算分析；
responsible for the control of production cost in machining workshop and do the cost accounting analysis.
8.建立車間、班組責(zé)任制，按月考核，調(diào)動(dòng)員工工作積極性；
establish the responsibility system for workshop and each team, do the appraisal monthly, and mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.
任職要求：
任職要求 job requirements:
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械相關(guān)類專業(yè)；
bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering.
2.大型制造業(yè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理/主管，車間經(jīng)理/主管5年及以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有汽車行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者佳；
large-scale manufacturing enterprise production manager/ supervisor, have experience of workshop manager/ supervisor more than 5 years, have experience of automotive idustry best.
3.英語聽說讀寫良好；
good at english best.
4.熟悉iatf16949等行業(yè)體系要求，及其他質(zhì)量相關(guān)體系要求；
know the industry system requirements especially iatf16949 system and other quality related system requirements.
5.為人正直、良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力及團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)調(diào)能力；
integrity, and have a good communication 、team coordination skills.
