主要職責Principal Duties and Responsibilities:（汽車衡稱重軟件）
·Responsible for software customized development according to inputs. Focus on the output in conformity with inputs and quality, and be well control ETO resources, for e.g. cost and timeline. (50%)

·Responsible for maintaining the existing software products. Continuously improve and optimize the quality, cost and user experience of live products. (30%)

·Responsible for NPI software development in compliance with PLM. Ensure the completeness, accuracy, quality and so on for your outcome, and be participated in the control of project cost, timeline and so on. (20% )
負責新產(chǎn)品的軟件開發(fā)。根據(jù)PLM流程，確保設計輸出的齊全性、準確性、設計質(zhì)量等，參與新產(chǎn)品的成本、進度等控制。
任職資格Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements:
·Bachelor degree in computer science, automation or similar education background (MUST)
有計算機、自動化及相關(guān)專業(yè)本科學歷
·Master degree or above is preferred (PLUS)
本科或以上學歷
·At least 3 years PC software development experience (MUST)
至少三年及以上PC軟件開發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗
·Working experience in C#.NET developing (WPF, WinForms, XAML, Web Services) and strong knowledge of in Design Patterns and OO Programming (MUST)
有C#.NET開發(fā)經(jīng)驗（WPF/WinForms/XAML/Web Services），對設計模式和面向?qū)ο笥幸欢ɡ斫?br>·Strong knowledge of relational database management systems, e.g. SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL. (MUST)
熟悉SQL Server、Oracle或者MySQL等關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫
·Working experience in Subversion (SVN) , git or similar source control tools (MUST)
有SVN或Git等代碼管理工具的使用經(jīng)驗
·Experience of product life cycle, development, release and support procedures is preferred (PLUS)
對產(chǎn)品生命周期、開發(fā)、釋放和支持流程有豐富經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
·Experience in .NET or Java Web application or mobile application is preferred (PLUS)
有.NET或JAVA框架下的Web或移動APP開發(fā)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
·Experience in Agile or Scrum practice is preferred (PLUS)
