一、崗位職責(zé):
1、市場開拓與客戶開發(fā):負(fù)責(zé)開拓區(qū)域的壓裂設(shè)備、鉆機(jī)、連續(xù)油管及固井等設(shè)備市場,挖掘潛在客戶,建立并維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系; 管理客戶信息,確保客戶資源、設(shè)備檔案的完整性和準(zhǔn)確性;定期拜訪客戶,了解市場需求,推動(dòng)銷售線索轉(zhuǎn)化為商機(jī);
2、銷售與合同管理:通過與客戶的溝通,挖掘客戶需求,提供適合的產(chǎn)品解決方案,引導(dǎo)客戶達(dá)成購買意向;負(fù)責(zé)合同談判、簽訂及后續(xù)的產(chǎn)品交付工作,確保客戶滿意度;跟蹤訂單執(zhí)行情況,協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源,確保按時(shí)交付;
3、貨款回收與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理:負(fù)責(zé)回收在外貨款,定期與客戶對賬,防范貨款風(fēng)險(xiǎn),減少貨款損失;主動(dòng)為結(jié)清客戶辦理結(jié)清手續(xù),確保貨款及時(shí)回籠;
4、后市場業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā):圍繞壓裂設(shè)備、鉆機(jī)、連續(xù)油管及固井等設(shè)備客戶,開拓后市場業(yè)務(wù),管理配件清單,挖掘客戶配件需求;開展?jié)撛诘脑O(shè)備維修、改造業(yè)務(wù),提升客戶粘性。
【1、Market Development and Client Acquisition:
Responsible for developing markets for fracturing equipment, drilling rigs, coiled tubing units, and cementing equipment within the assigned region. Identify potential clients, establish and maintain customer relationships. Manage client information to ensure the completeness and accuracy of customer databases and equipment records. Conduct regular client visits to understand market demands and convert sales leads into business opportunities.
2、Sales and Contract Management:
Communicate with clients to identify their needs, provide suitable product solutions, and guide them towards purchase decisions. Responsible for contract negotiation, signing, and overseeing subsequent product delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. Track order execution and coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery.
3、 Accounts Receivable and Risk Management:
Responsible for recovering outstanding payments. Conduct regular account reconciliation with clients to mitigate payment risks and minimize financial losses. Proactively complete clearance procedures for settled clients to ensure timely fund recovery.
4、Aftermarket Business Development:
Focus on clients of fracturing equipment, drilling rigs, coiled tubing units, and cementing equipment to expand aftermarket business. Manage spare parts lists and identify customer needs for parts. Explore opportunities for equipment repair and modification services to enhance customer retention and loyalty.】
二、任職要求:
1、市場營銷、機(jī)械、石油類、小語種等相關(guān)專業(yè),有3年及以上石油壓裂類產(chǎn)品銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、有石油行業(yè)客戶資源者優(yōu)先;
2.具體較強(qiáng)的市場開拓及客戶管理能力,能及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)、挖掘客戶需求,為其聽適合的產(chǎn)品解決方案;有良好的人際溝通與協(xié)調(diào)能力,具備較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力,能夠適應(yīng)長期在客戶現(xiàn)場工作;
3.英語、俄語、西語、法語等,熟悉其中一門語言,熟悉當(dāng)?shù)厥袌霏h(huán)境、法律法規(guī)。
1.Educational and Professional Background:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a relevant foreign language major. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in oilfield fracturing equipment. Candidates with existing client resources in the oil and gas industry will be given priority.
2. Skills and Competencies:
Strong abilities in market development and customer relationship management. Capable of identifying and uncovering customer needs in a timely manner and providing suitable product solutions. Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, with strong stress tolerance and the ability to work on-site with clients for extended periods.
3.Language and Regional Expertise:
Proficiency in one of the following languages: English, Russian, Spanish, or French. Familiarity with the local market environment, including relevant laws and regulations.
