Job Description:
61 Responsible for new process and new SMT production line set up
61 Responsible for new SMT technology introduction
61 Continuously improve the SMT efficiency, using laser replace
labelling, panel layout redesign etc.
61 Be lead of the project audit and system audit, to ensure the
audit pass every time.
61 Support SMT area in production for process issues, to improve
quality and process performance, etc
61 Process control management, PFMEA, Flow chart, Control plan,
WI, Capability studies, MSA…
61 PCB panel designing, to make it effiency and good quality
61 SMT process improvement, such as FPY, COPQ, POEE, MRB process
... etc
61 DFM responsibility in SMT area
61 Be technical support to R
