wul職責描述： 1. 作為在泰國港口的業務代表，統籌管理船舶代理業務，保障船舶在泰國港口（如林查班、曼谷）靠離港及在港服務順利進行，推動中泰航運業務高效協同發展。 As local shipping representative in Thailand, this position is responsible for the comprehensive coordination of shipping agency services, ensuring the safe and efficient berthing and departure of vessels at Thai ports (e.g., Laem Chabang, Bangkok), and promoting collaboration between Chinese and Thai maritime operations. 2. 全面管理集團在泰國的船代服務，協調與港口、海關、移民、引航等部門合作，保障船舶安全、準時進出港； Manage end-to-end shipping agency operations in Thailand, coordinating with port authorities, customs, immigration, and pilotage services. 3. 代表公司維護與當地政府、港口運營方及合作單位的良好關系，保障業務合規及品牌形象 Represent company in maintaining strong relationships with local government entities, port operators, and partners, ensuring regulatory compliance and corporate image. 4. 管理當地團隊，規范操作流程，提升服務效率與客戶滿意度； Supervise and develop the local agency team, standardize operations, and enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction. 5. 對接中國總部、船東、貨主等多方需求，確保溝通順暢，服務精準； Liaise with company, shipowners, and cargo owners to ensure smooth communication and tailored services. 6. 審核港口賬單、代理費用、單證文件等，做好成本控制與風險管理； Review port disbursement accounts, agency fees, and documentation to ensure cost control and risk management. 7. 處理作業過程中的突發狀況，包括滯港、天氣、查驗等問題； Handle on-site emergencies such as port congestion, adverse weather, and inspections. 8. 跟蹤行業政策變化，分析市場動態，提出優化建議； Monitor industry policy changes and market trends, and provide optimization recommendations. 9. 參與在地業務拓展，包括船務、堆場、物流等在泰業務協同 Support broader local business development initiatives in shipping, logistics, and depot integration. 10.雇傭主體為泰國公司。 任職要求： 1. 全日制本科及以上學歷，航運、物流管理、國際貿易等相關專業優先,； Bachelor’s degree or above in Shipping, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields preferred. 2. 3年以上船務代理相關經驗，具備東南亞或泰國港口工作背景優先； Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping agency; experience in Southeast Asia or Thai ports is preferred. 3. 熟悉港口操作流程、清關與船代服務標準，了解泰國行業法規優先； Familiar with port operations, customs clearance, and shipping agency practices; understanding of Thai regulations is a plus. 4. 中英文溝通能力強，具備良好的跨文化溝通技巧，會泰語者優先； Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English; Thai language proficiency is a plus. 5. 具備團隊管理能力，責任心強，能在海外獨立開展工作； Proven leadership and team management skills; ability to work independently in an overseas setting.
