We are seeking a Senior Acoustic Engineer or Acoustic Expert to lead the advancement of noise and vibration performance in our next-generation Chinese cooker hood products. This role will drive technical innovation in acoustic engineering, contributing directly to consumer-perceived product quality and competitive differentiation in the Chinese market. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in aeroacoustics, structure-borne noise, vibration control, and sound quality engineering, with a proven track record in home appliance or HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities 工作職責
1.Lead acoustic and vibration design for new cooker hood platforms, targeting significant noise reduction and sound quality improvement.
主導新抽油煙機平臺的聲學和振動設計,目標為顯著降低噪音并改善音質。
2.Develop and implement aeroacoustic simulation models, including fan noise, turbulence noise, and flow-induced vibration.
開發并應用空氣聲學仿真模型,包括風扇噪聲、湍流噪聲和流致振動。
3.Conduct experimental acoustic testing (sound power, pressure level, sonogram, etc.) and guide NVH debugging using advanced tools (e.g., microphone array, laser vibrometer).
進行實驗聲學測試(聲功率、聲壓級、聲譜圖等),并使用先進工具(如麥克風陣列、激光振動儀)指導 NVH 調試。
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, motor, control, airflow) to balance acoustic performance with suction power and cost targets.

5.Design and validate noise-reduction mechanisms, such as optimized fan blade shapes, muffler structures, damping materials, isolation mounts, and enclosure acoustics.

6.Support development of subjective sound quality metrics aligned with Chinese consumer preferences and market research.

7.Guide internal capability building: methodology development, toolchain setup, lab upgrades, and mentoring junior engineers.

8.Stay ahead of emerging acoustic technologies, industry trends, and standards .

Required Qualifications 任職要求
1.Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering, Aeroacoustics, or related field.

2.8 years of experience in acoustic and vibration engineering, preferably in home appliances, HVAC, or automotive.
