Mission
Your mission is to enhance the company's social media influence and user engagement by planning and executing precise content marketing activities, thereby driving business growth and brand promotion.
你的使命是通過(guò)策劃和執(zhí)行精準(zhǔn)的內(nèi)容營(yíng)銷活動(dòng),提升公司在社交媒體平臺(tái)上的影響力和用戶參與度,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)和品牌推廣的目標(biāo)。
Major Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
61 Plan and implement communication campaigns, including process design, copywriting, and schedule control.
61 Manage content marketing on WeChat, Video Accounts, and Douyin through short videos, live streams, and images. Identify industry trends and user pain points to create engaging topics.
61 Ensure timely content copy delivery as per the marketing plan and collaborate with the communications department for effective social media distribution.
61 Track content data (e.g., plays, interaction, and conversion rates) and optimize content and distribution strategies continuously.
61 Study platform traffic distribution mechanisms and design targeted activities to boost user participation and content metrics.
61 Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to align content marketing with business goals.
61 Monitor industry and competitor content strategies. Conduct regular analyses to provide innovative ideas for company content marketing.
61 Be prepared to undertake any new tasks assigned.

61 負(fù)責(zé)公司微信公眾號(hào)、視頻號(hào)、抖音等平臺(tái)的短視頻、直播、圖文等內(nèi)容營(yíng)銷工作;能夠挖掘行業(yè)熱點(diǎn)與用戶痛點(diǎn),策劃出具有高傳播性和高轉(zhuǎn)化率的選題方向。
61 根據(jù)營(yíng)銷計(jì)劃,確保內(nèi)容文案按時(shí)輸出,并與傳播部門(mén)緊密合作,在社交媒體上進(jìn)行內(nèi)容的有效分發(fā)。
61 跟蹤內(nèi)容數(shù)據(jù)(如播放量、互動(dòng)率、轉(zhuǎn)化率等),通過(guò)持續(xù)測(cè)試來(lái)優(yōu)化內(nèi)容形式和分發(fā)策略,以提升內(nèi)容效果。
61 研究不同平臺(tái)的流量分發(fā)機(jī)制,基于規(guī)則制定有針對(duì)性的活動(dòng),激勵(lì)用戶參與,從而提高內(nèi)容的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)表現(xiàn)。
61 與跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)建立并維護(hù)良好的合作關(guān)系,確保內(nèi)容營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)與公司整體業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)保持一致。
