About the Team
Join our dynamic and innovative team dedicated to driving product excellence and market growth. We collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the successful introduction and management of new products, maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
What you can look forward to as Category Manager:
● Leading new product introduction and product management initiatives in alignment with global strategies.
● Collaborating with strategic purchasing and supplier development teams to optimize product costing and sourcing.
● Managing the entire product lifecycle and maintaining an active product range.
● Ensuring data accuracy and system maintenance for new and existing products.
● Driving sales and gross margin targets, and identifying new business opportunities.
● Engaging in product marketing and market support activities to enhance brand awareness and customer satisfaction.
Your Profile as Category Manager:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
● Proven experience in product management, preferably in the automotive industry.
● Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and data systems (e.g., PIMS, Navision, SCM, NetCat).
● Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
● Willingness to travel and engage with customers and suppliers.
