Job Description:
BSH Home Appliances Group is a leading global manufacturer of home appliances, renowned for our innovation and
quality. Our market in China is rapidly growing. The Head of OEM purchasing is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for leading the OEM purchasing teams, design and optimize sourcing processes, manage supplier relationships,
explore business opportunities, and foster strategic partnerships with OEM/ODM partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead purchasing team to achieve business excellence by providing the best sourcing solutions for OEM/ODM projects.
2.Design, steer, and optimize OEM/ODM sourcing processes, ensuring business model clarification with legal and tax departments are conducted for OEM/ODM projects.
3.Overall supplier management, including contract management, risk evaluation, and supplier performance reviews.
4.Proactively explore business opportunities through product feasibility studies and manage business plans, ensure target cost achievement
