UALIFICATIONS REQUIRED職位要求:
? College Diploma or equivalent and related work experience in warehouse management field, mainly in the manufacturing logistics in auto industry for more than 3 years.
? 需大專或相同專業畢業,并有在汽車行業的制造物流領域有3年以上倉庫管理相關工作經驗
? Good English skills and customer service skills,
? 良好的英語水平及其為客戶服務的能力
? Occupational health and safety courses,

RESPONSIBILITIES / EFFORTS / WORKING CONDITIONS職位描述;
? Warehouse management and optimization: space and position confirmation through PFEP, saving space.
? 倉庫整體規劃:根據PFEP梳理各個項目所需面積,并按照計算邏輯定置定位,優化和節約場地面積。
? Make all the activity inside the warehouse to meet the safety requirements, such as the forklift safety enforce rules, make sure all the chemical having MSDS and also stored under rules.
? 確保整體的倉庫活動滿足安全要求,例如叉車安全強制規則,化學品具備MSDS并且存儲滿足國家法規。
? Manage inbound and outbound delivery of the cargo, also deliver the cargo to production line, also manage the counting work. Ensure the accuracy of the inventory stock, make logistics standard work, to reduce the logistics downtime to make sure all the logistics related work smooth.
? 管理貨物進出倉庫和生產線貨物的配送,管理賬務工作,確保物流活動有序展開,確保庫位存儲準確率,庫存準確率,制定物流標準化作業,減少物流停機率,以滿足廠內正常的生產運行。
? Realize FIFO principle.
? 制定先進先出管理規則,確保先進先出落實到位。
? Deal with the complaints from customer, to provide 8D report to customer, to make sure all the actions can be realized immediately.
? 處理應對客戶抱怨,提供8D報告,確保相關的行動措施落實到位。
? Manage the blue collar employee, to audit their performance, to analyze the employees’ advantage and disadvantage, train them to make sure each one has back up.
? 管理一線員工,審查員工表現并提供培訓,梳理一線員工能力矩陣,培養一線員工,實現一人多崗。
? 完成上級安排的其他工作。
? Complete other tasks assigned by Manager.
