1. Responsible for material code batch transfer in ERP system.
負責ERP數據物料編碼批量整理；
2. Responsible for order statistics and material discrepancies audit in ERP system. Cooperate with warehouse administrator for inventory audit.
負責ERP系統訂單統計與物料差異核對，配合庫管員做好查帳工作；
3. Department files，documents，data，audit and keeping.
負責組織落實部門文件、檔案、數據、審核和保管；
4. Solve ERP system running issues with global technical team；
和全球技術團隊解決ERP系統運行中出現的簡單問題。
5. Work closely with his colleagues, engineers. Required to make and update sketches, drawings and to provide as much of the necessary information on spare parts.
與同事及工程師密切協作，完成交付的各項任務, 提供必要的備品備件管理信息；
6. Mechanical back ground, such as technical drawing and parts spec
有機械背景，能看懂機械圖紙和知道基本參數
7. Good housekeeping, safety and security on his job are part of his daily responsibility.
維護工作場所的5S與安全規范；
