The Role.
* Familiar with OEM business model
熟悉OEM業(yè)務(wù)
* Sell and promote Siemens Motor and Drive product, solution and services to
customers
向工業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域客戶銷售西門子電機及傳動領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)品、相應(yīng)解決方案與服務(wù)
* Explore and develop customers demand, develop new business opportunity
探索和發(fā)展客戶的需求，發(fā)展新的商業(yè)機會
* Keep familiar with Electrical Motor and Drives product, system, solution as
well as branch technology
熟悉電機及驅(qū)動產(chǎn)品、系統(tǒng)、解決方案及相關(guān)技術(shù)
* Ensures adherence to Sales guidelines and ensures achievements of the
targets set.
確保遵守銷售指導(dǎo)方針，并能達成既定目標
* Proposes sales budgets for the team and regularly monitors the achievements
in the assigned oem team.
為團隊制定銷售規(guī)劃，并定期跟進監(jiān)督所帶領(lǐng)團隊的業(yè)績
* Directly supports Sales Professionals in customer visits and negotiations.
支持銷售進行專業(yè)的客戶拜訪與談判
* Initiates / contributes to planning of customer related product development
measures, or the setup of customer related projects.
發(fā)起/參與策劃與客戶相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)措施，或建立與客戶相關(guān)的項目
* May support strategic key customers' business development.
支持戰(zhàn)略重點客戶的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展
* Others assigned by manager
經(jīng)理交辦的其他任務(wù)
Your Profile.
* Bachelor or above major in Automation/Electrical Transmission/Mechanical
Engineering
本科以上學(xué)歷，專業(yè)電機、電氣傳動或自動化、機械相關(guān)者優(yōu)先
* Fluent English reading, writing and speaking
流利的英文閱讀、聽寫溝通能力
* 5 years sales working experience in relevant areas
5年以上相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗
* Willing to take initiative and active thinking
愿意采取主動并且積極思考
* Integrity, honesty and loyalty, can work under pressure
正直，誠實，忠誠, 有良好的抗壓能力
* Quick learner and with good business sense

Your Profile.
